Emotional vocabulary rarely translates cleanly. Here is what we hold sessions in, and what we will help you find elsewhere.

Sessions at Insights Wellbeing are held in English and Hindi. We are a solo practice led by Ms Priya Parwani, and those are the two languages she works in.

The pages below explain why each language matters in therapy and how to find a practitioner who works in it. Where we cannot help directly, we will point you somewhere that can — at no cost.
