Meet Priya Parwani

Insights Wellbeing was founded by Priya Parwani, a Certified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, providing evidence-based online mental health therapy for adults across India.

Priya holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. Her clinical training and professional experience focus on supporting adults with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation.

Her approach integrates scientifically supported therapeutic methods with personalised care tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Priya is committed to ethical practice, confidentiality, and creating a safe, structured space where meaningful, lasting change can occur.
