Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and stress reduction, delivered online in India. Evidence-based mindfulness for stress, anxiety and relapse prevention.
You do not need to identify with all of these. Even a few is reason enough to talk to someone.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy was developed specifically to prevent depressive relapse, and clinical guidelines in several countries now recommend it for people with recurrent depression. The mechanism is decentering: learning to observe thoughts and sensations as passing events rather than being carried off by them. That skill interrupts rumination early, before it establishes a full downward spiral. Being formally structured, it differs meaningfully from casual app-based meditation.
What the work actually involves, session by session.
Guided sitting, breathing and body scan practices, taught properly and adapted to a realistic daily schedule.

Turning towards discomfort rather than away from it — the part that distinguishes clinical mindfulness from relaxation.
Recognising your personal early warning signs and responding before a dip becomes an episode.
Book a short exploratory call. No commitment — just a conversation to work out what would help.
